Ingredients

  • 1 cup almond butter
  • 2 tablespoons nutritional yeast
  • 2 teaspoons light/white miso
  • 1 teaspoon fresh dill
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1 Tablespoon onion powder
  • 1/2 Tablespoon garlic powder
  • 1 small bunch cilantro
  • 1 teaspoon lemon juice
  • 1 cup room temperature water divided

Instructions

  • Place all ingredients into a food processor or blender and puree until very smooth, adding water 1-2 tablespoons at a time as needed to make desired consistency.
  • Serve thick as a dip or thin out with water to use over your favorite whole-grain pasta or as sauce on a savory dish. This dip goes well with crackers or veggies and is appropriate for kids and adults alike!
