I’m craving a salty, sweet, savory snack I can grab and go. I like to have some treats in the house but was looking for something a little out of the ordinary. Enter Savory Sweet Curry Popcorn Balls which are SO amazing – crunchy, naturally sweet, savory with peanut butter and curry and bite sized, too. These Savory Sweet Curry Popcorn Balls are naturally vegetarian and vegan. They don’t have any refined sugar – just naturally occurring sources from dried apricots which also create a beautiful color. Vanilla extract combines with curry powder and salt to create that perfect flavor balance that goes so well on popcorn. These would be fun afternoon snacks, dessert treats, or party snacks for kids and adults alike. I hope you enjoy them! Recipe below –
